Sam is learning to feed himself
Sam is learning to feed himself. His methods are crude but effective…

Pinkies Out
Sam can’t eat granola bars yet, but he doesn’t let that stop him from trying to eat the wrappers. Here, he demonstrates the proper etiquette for wrapper consumption.

Sam Throwing a Ball
Nothing artsy today… Just Sam throwing a ball. His right hand seems to be becoming more dominant lately, but he still switches it up once in a while. It’s still too early to know for sure if he will be a righty or lefty.

V-Tech Zoom Zoom Racer
Technical Info: Canon EOS 5D, Canon EF 28-70/2.8 @ 70mm, Canon Speedlite 580EX + Opteka Mini Softbox (on camera, bounced), 1/60 sec @ f/5.6, ISO 400
Another Photo of Sam at 14 Months
Here’s another photo of Sam from earlier today. Isn’t he just the cutest?

Sam, 14 Months
Sam turned 14 months old this week and continues to get more cute all the time. He’ll be driving before we know it.
Technical Info: Canon EOS 5D, Canon EF 28-70/2.8L @ 50mm, Canon Speedlite 580EX (on camera) + Opteka Mini Softbox, 1/500 sec at f/4.0, ISO 400
Droidography: Steeple
I saw this while I was picking up Sam at daycare, so I took a couple of seconds to capture it on my phone with the Camera 360 app.

Liz Ashley #147
Here’s another photo from days gone by. This photo was taken back in July, 2007, when I shot with model Liz Ashley from Texas. Sometimes it’s good to go back and give a second look to photos you overlooked before.
Speedliter’s Handbook Found
The delivery company finally found my lost copy of Syl Arena’s Speedliter’s Handbook. I have no idea where it’s been the last week since they claimed to have delivered it, but it finally turned up on my doorstep yesterday, slightly damp but none the worse for wear.
